At Mosaic we serve an ever changing set menu. Each day we source the most beautiful + fresh, local-seasonal ingredients, then sculpt them into a five-course tasting menu.
We strive to please all palates… we choose recognizable ingredients and rethink them. Our menus often contain known flavors, combined in unexpectedly pleasing pairings.
